Enfluently is an EdTech (educational technology) platform operating exclusively online. Enfluently does not own any physical establishment open to the public to provide classes. Our platform provides a digital infrastructure (dashboards, live virtual classes, autonomous video content) to connect learners (B2B, B2C, Kids) with certified, independent English teachers or coaches.
By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Access to coaching sessions (live) or autonomous programs is strictly via our online infrastructure.
Access to the platform and coaching services is via subscriptions, payable in advance online (CIB, Edahabia, Visa, Mastercard) or offline (CCP, BaridiMob). A 5% service fee is applied to online payments. Once payment is made, no refunds are available. However, you can postpone or pause your subscription subject to support approval.
For private (1-to-1) coaching sessions with our partner coaches, any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the session. For group sessions, times are fixed; absence from a group session does not entitle you to a makeup class or individual rescheduling.
In strict compliance with European (GDPR) and Algerian (Law 18-07) regulations, the data collected (first name, last name, email, phone, place of residence) is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the platform. Enfluently strictly prohibits selling, renting, or transferring your personal data to third parties, and does not engage in abusive commercial canvassing.
All content on the platform (texts, autonomous video programs, graphics, logos) is the exclusive property of Enfluently and is protected by international copyright laws.
